Elderflower Spritz
Sultry, sun-drenched days like these call for cooling dips and an equally refreshing spritz. Let the aromatic notes of elderflower do all the heavy lifting. You just sit back and relax.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Agavales Plata
- 1/2 oz Elderflower liqueur
- 3/4 oz Fresh lime juice
- Soda water
- Cucumber
- Mint
Method
- Add all ingredients except soda water to shaker.
- Stir for at least 15 seconds.
- Strain over fresh ice in a wine glass.
- Top with soda, garnish with cucumber and mint.
